A Tour of Olimpiyskiy Held as Part of the “Summer in Moscow” Festival

As part of the Summer in Moscow project, a guided tour took place at the Olimpiyskiy multifunctional complex. Festival participants were shown the progress of construction and learned about the future of one of the country’s main event venues.

During the tour, visitors witnessed the scale of the legendary Olimpiyskiy’s reconstruction. Representatives presented the concept of the complex, which will become a modern multifunctional space for sports, cultural, and entertainment events.

Special attention was given to the innovative technologies and engineering solutions being applied in the renovation. Guests learned about state-of-the-art safety, comfort, and energy efficiency systems that will be implemented in the complex.

The Olimpiyskiy team emphasized that the renewed multifunctional complex will not only host large-scale events but also serve as a modern public space open to all residents and visitors of the capital. New recreation areas, cafés, restaurants, and shops will be created here.

Tour participants expressed strong interest in the project and highlighted the importance of preserving Olimpiyskiy’s historical heritage while integrating contemporary technologies and architectural solutions.

The reconstruction of Olimpiyskiy is scheduled for completion in 2027. Once reopened, the complex will become one of Moscow’s most modern and sought-after event venues.
